Understand Check Statuses

Statuses show where the check is in the processing workflow.
Common Statuses
- Importing: files are being imported.
- Imported: import is complete.
- Running: AI is checking the translations.
- Completed: results are ready.
- Failed: the check could not finish.
Notes and Limitations
If a check fails or stays unavailable, use Troubleshooting or contact support with the check name and the approximate time you sent the check.
